Jessica Hische

















Jessica Hische is an American letterer, illustrator, and type designer.  She was born in Charleston, South Caroline, and she graduated from the Tyler School of Art with a Graphic and Interactive Design degree. She has done all kinds of work: featured in many journals/magazines, designed book covers, designed packaging, and worked with famous clients (The New York Times, Penguin Books, Victoria's Secret, Nike, Samsung, etc).

Neville Brody











Neville Brody is an English graphic designer, typographer, and art director. He graduated from the London College of Printing and Hornsey College of Art. His work is known around the world. He's working with The Face magazine and also Arena magazine. He is Head of the Communication Art and Design department at the Royal College of Art.

Matthew Carter















Matthew Carter is a type designer. He is currently living in Massuchusetts. Carter is most famous for designing the web fonts Verdana and Georgia. Carter's father was an English typographer. His father influenced his love for type.

Armin Hofmann















Armin Hofmann is a swiss graphic designer. "His work is recognized for its reliance on the fundamental elements of graphic form - point, line, and shape - while subtly conveying simplicity, complexity, representation, and abstraction." He is most famous for his poster designs which have been exhibited in famous museums, such as the New York Museum of Modern Art.

Erik Spiekermann
















A German typographer and designer, Spiekermann is a professor at the University of the Arts   Bremen. "Spiekermann studied art history at Berlin's Free University, funding himself by running a letterpress printing press in the basement of his house. Between 1972 and 1979, he worked as a freelance graphic designer in London before returning to Berlin and founding MetaDesign with two partners." He is most famous for his type designs, and the typefaces he has created.
